I really liked the ending to Persepolis... but I don't really understand what happened to the mother!
does anyone have any ideas? did she faint, or die?

I think Ms. Maines said at the end of one class a couple days ago that she just fainted at the end, but didn't die. Maybe I'm wrong though.. :)
